Full-Service Grooming
We offer breed-specific grooming which includes a basic bath, blow-dry, brushing, ear cleaning, nail trim, sanitary trim and all-over haircut. Grooming prices vary based on the breed, size and temperament of the dog, also taking into consideration the condition of the coat. All services are "BY APPOINTMENT ONLY".
NEATEN UP GROOM
This service includes a basic bath, blow-dry, brushing, ear cleaning, and nail trim. We will also trim up the face. Mainly focusing on the eyes, feet and sanitary area. Add $13 to the bathing price for your pups size.

Shed Less
Our de-shed treatment includes de-shedding, shampoo & conditioner, furminator brushing and fully hydrolic dryer blow out. (De-matting will be up charged as necessary.)

Our moisturizing skin treatment includes a soothing bath with massage in a mix of our hypoallergenic shampoo/medicated shampoo that is recommended and used by numerous veterinarians. Followed by a medicated conditioning treatment to help ease those annoying skin irritation issues.

Our dirty dog treatment includes deodorizing and degreasing, shampoo & conditioner, and 2 thorough scrub downs. This is for those extra dirty dogs who love the mud, dirt and rolling in whatever they enjoy that their pawrents do not think smells as good as your pup does!
Ain't No Fleas on me

Got fleas? Our flea treatment includes a flea bath with a maximum strength natural flea and tick shampoo followed by a bite relief after bath treatment.

Our de-skunk treatment includes soaking your pup in our natural mix of hydrogen peroxide, baking soda and mild dishwashing detergent following that up with a good scrub with our skunk solution treatment shampoo.

We will do as much for their first groom as they will let us without showing signs of fear, aggression or anxiety. We want their first grooming experience to be a positive one! Sometimes, this can take a few visits before we are able to make your pup feel comfortable enough with the pricess to achieve your grooming goals. Express Grooming Service
Extra $25 added on to original grooming price. This service is a one-on-one groom with the groomer with little to no crate time. Ideal for dogs with high anxiety, crate aggression or other behavioral issues that make it difficult to spend a lot of time in a normal grooming atmosphere unlike other dogs.
Puppy Face Pet Parlor Loyalty Program
Clients who schedule every 4 weeks or less for the year of 2025 will be entered into our loyalty program and receive discount pricing for maintaining a loyal grooming schedule. *Customers MUST book out for the entire year of 2025 to receive loyalty pricing for grooming or bathing. Having to change a day now and then is flexible and will not kick them out of the program. However, if a customer who is entered into the program goes past the 6 weeks, the discount on that specific groom will not ap

Cancellation policy
*When booking grooming services, you agree to these terms*
48 HOURS OR LESS
Any client who cancels an appointment within the 48hr mark, but not the day of their appointment, will receive a charge of 30% of their grooming price in addition to their groom at their next scheduled appointment.
SAME DAY
Any client who cancels their appointment the same day as their scheduled appointment will receive a charge of 40% of their grooming price in addition to their groom at their next scheduled appointment.
NO CALL/ NO SHOW
Any client who No Call/No Shows for their scheduled appointment will receive a charge of 50% of their grooming price and must pay that charge before scheduling another appointment.
HOLIDAY SEASON NO SHOWS
Will be charged 100% of the grooming and/or bathing price.
*Reminder text messages and emails are automatically sent a few days before your scheduled appointment. We ask that you have the courtesy if necessary to reschedule or cancel with the generous amount of time that is given to avoid these charges. Our groomers work on a commission salary and cannot always fill those spots in less than 48 hrs. Also taking into consideration that there is a waiting list of clients who would like to fill those spots with prior notice.
We appreciate your understanding and continued support and look forward to spending the 2025 year with you pampering your pups!!! We understand that emergencies are unavoidable. After 3 unacceptable incidents occur, we will unfortunately not be able to schedule you again at The Parlor.
